Argentine Resolution SIC&M No. 319/1999 provides that in order for certain household products such as refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, fluorescent lamps, washing machines, microwave ovens, water heaters, LED lights and televisions to be marketed, they must have the corresponding energy efficiency label duly certified.
For more than 20 years, we have been working on the development of standards linked to energy efficiency labelling, covering electrical products and other fields such as construction, combustion vehicles and renewable energy.
This labeling is of great value to consumers, since it allows efficiency comparisons between different products, provides information on parameters associated with their performance, and thereby serves as a commercial loyalty tool.
